Building Compliance

In Kenya, we recently heard news that houses without alternative power-energy installed will not be licensed or approved.  I see lots of houses coming up everyday and indeed solar water heater installed.  I am sure the owners or the occupants will agree with me that the installation of solar water heater is not just for purposes of compliance but is also a great benefit to our daily lives. There are several other solar solutions  for domestic use.  These includes solar Garden lights, solar Lamps, solar torches, solar lighting kits, solar off-grid and on-grid for full home utility, solar water pumps and many others already in the market.

With a solar water heater, that has a thermal controller, one only need very minimal electricity to boost water to hot temperatures during cold seasons.  One may enjoy warm showers and warm water for household cleaning yet the electricity bill remains minimal.  Solar energy is free and produces no pollution to the air.  It requires no processing but only a system to tap the sun rays and convert them into energy. The use of solar system is a benefit to the environment and one of the many solution being encouraged to protect the earth from destroying itself.

Prices of these solutions have gone down with lots of competition released to the market.  Many products work well giving lighting or expected output; however like many other products, there are poor qualities in the market that will not meet your expectation.  I recommend that everyone freely use at-least one solar system a day i.e. for phone charging, Laptop power, home lighting, water heating compound lighting, or floodlight for security lighting. Always target quality branded products that will not disappoint you.

RECYCLE, RENEW, REUSE
